About Promoter
Mr. Sanjivv Kapur
Mr. Sanjivv Kapur, founder of SAI Group is a Graduate from Delhi University and started his career in 1988 as a trainee in the Auto Components sector. He learnt and found his interest in Automobile sector which gave him the strength to start the trading business of his own in 1990. Mr. Sanjivv belongs to the business family and hence has that zeal to become an entrepreneur to continue the tradition.
Experience
Mr. Sanjivv Kapur started the business from a shop in Naiwala, Karol Bagh. He raised this business with dedication, hard work and ultimately achieved as the best sale outlet in Naiwala, Karol Bagh in five year out of 5000+ Auto Component shops.
Journey So Far
In 2008 at the age of 40 years, Mr. Kapur shifted from trading business to manufacturing under the name of Shree Amba Industries.
In 2011, he handed over his trading business to his own brothers and became exclusive owner of Shree Amba Industries. Thus began a new journey at the age of 43 years.
With his rich experience of trading business, Shree Amba Industries developed and refined its status as a pioneer in manufacturing OEM quality 2W spare parts at after-market prices. His strong relationship with customers, focused approach, cost-competitiveness and commitment to quality have made SAI product and brand – the best in the market within a very short time span.
With his foresightedness, in 2013 Mr. Kapur started manufacturing helmets under the brand name Replay
With an aim to strengthen product basket, he introduced Head light, Rear view mirrors, Indicators, Filters and Control Cables in Roorkee in 2014. Gradually, Die-casting range was added in 2015 in Gurgaon plant. SAI Group initiated export journey in 2015 and is now present in 45+ countries.
In 2016 he took over 35-year-old company and brand name Aerostar at Bhiwadi, the business of safety helmets and pannier boxes.
During this journey, SAI Group became an OEM supplier of Helmets to Honda, Suzuki, TVS and Hero.
In 2019, he once again expanded by adding marketing of 2W spare parts for providing wide range of products under SAI brand.
As a part of Make in India initiative , in 2020 , SAI group joined hands with MT Helmets Spain, one of the leading global player in the Helmet industry for manufacturing world class helmets.
In 2022, SAI Group has entered into 50:50 Joint Venture with one of the leading sports helmet company based in UK. A new JV Company already incorporated in India.
