    Initiated manufacturing ABS parts for various two-wheeler applications.

  • 2010-11

    Brand got established in Indian Market.

  • 2012-13

    Ventured into production of Helmets and Pannier boxes

  • 2013-14​

    Introduced Air and Oil filters, added a complete range of blinkers and Rear view mirrors.   Introduced manufacturing facility for Aluminium and Zinc die casting products.(2014-15)

  • 2015-16​

    Introduced control cables for all two wheeler applications. Increased In-house daily production of helmets to 4000 nos. Introduced headlamps for two wheeler applications. Started Exporting the complete product range to SAARC NATIONS

  • 2016-17​

    Acquired the 35 Year old Helmet & Accessories Brand AEROSTAR along with the manufacturing establishments.. Started supplies of Helmets and Pannier Boxes to 2 Wheeler Supplier (HMSI) Initiated Exports of complete product range to LATAM & MEA Regions.

  • 2017-18

    Started Supplies of Helmet to OEM’s like SUZUKI, TVS & ROYAL ENFIELD. Shifted Completed Helmet manufacturing in BHIWADI Factory and increased the capacity to 15000 Pcs Daily (3rd Largest in India). Established the Helmet Testing Laboratory in our BHIWADI Manufacturing Facility to test helmets as per ECE & DOT Standards. SAI GROUP’s Product Presence in more than 32 Nations across the globe. Initiated Institutional Sales of Helmets in CSD & CPC
